A beautifully moody green Porohita made from an Arahura Inanga
Porohita are the circles that represent the completion of cycles. They are often seen in the sky through the celestial bodies, Tama-nui-te-rā and Hina-te-Marama, the sun and the moon.

This piece was hand carved and polished by Mike Matchitt from an Arahura Inanga, and mounted on basalt base from Raglan.
