Kawakawa Pounamu Koruru engraved with unaunahi, and inlayed with a solid gold eye, and set in a solid 9ct gold setting.
The KOruro is seen as a kaitiaki or guardian, it is the carved representation of a Ruru or native New Zealand owl who protects and watches in the night.
This taonga is suspended by a Gold plated Sterling Silver chain.
