Hand made Marsden flower jade tear drop pendant known as Raukaraka Pounamu from the west coast of the south island of New Zealand.
This roimata has been capped with 9ct gold by John Mayo, and it is suspended by a gold plated sterling silver chain.
Roimata carved in the form of teardrops, are a Tohu (sign) of our emotions in times of joy, sadness, celebration and tribulation. They remind us of our humanity, our history, and our tipuna(ancestors) who support us going forward.
