Binding - Roimata Bind

Bind your taonga with a roimata bind. The roimata bind is very similar to the coil knot but it differs in that each wrap around the rope is done with a half hitch instead of simply wrapping around the rope. This results in an attractive design of the half hitch knots within the bind.

Binding services are on a first come, first serve basis. Typical turnaround time for binding is 2-3 business days. If you require same day or expedited binding, we do offer this service for an additional 20% surcharge of the original binding price. 

- If you are in the Hamilton area, you are free to come by anytime Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm to our studio in Frankton (address below) to drop off your taonga for any of our services.

You can also send a self addressed parcel bag/box, or alternatively- we can use our courier service and send an invoice via email for shipping upon completion. Shipping times will vary based on location.
